I think woman loves shopping and one thing they must have is the lipgloss, so now they have got mini lip gloss for you to hang on your cell phone. I love that idea and I seen other brand before which cost over $30 MYR. That is too expensive.
Guess how much I have got on this mini lip gloss it is less than $5 MYR. I love using it as I often have dried lips. I love the taste of toffee which is like coffee.
This morning I headed to the shop to buy skin care products. I have got an eye cream for my sister-in-law as she told my bro that she wants one. I supposed to get the sample for her but I do not have the transport and the redemption no longer available. So I purchase one for her, I hope she likes it.
I think it is important to care for your skin, some people ask when is the age to start. I think the earlier you start the better. I have seen parents teached their kids to care for their skin and hygiene.
I'm telling you. I need to sleep. I slept for a couple hours this morning, a couple hours this afternoon, but I always end up waking up - on my own no less, a couple hours after I go to sleep. Does my doctor do anything? Not really. He tells me to make my bedroom allergen free (hello? I live in a 2 bedroom house w/ 2 roommates. I don't have my own room thanks), change my diet, and get more exercise and I'll sleep better. I've already tried all of those and no dice. So now I sit here wondering how to get myself to go to sleep and stay that way. *sigh* I mean, after all, it's not like eating right and using the dip machine at the gym has ever done any good towards getting me to go to sleep and stay that way. So now to figure out something else since my doctor is vehemently opposed to even attempting Lunesta or any of the other prescription or even OTC sleep aids. *sigh*
You can sooooo tell that Halloween is upon us. Horror movies abound, (ever notice that if you have a bathtub or shower scene in a horror movie, they never use those walk in tubs - maybe it's because they don't use old people for it LOL), and shows like Ghost Hunters & Ghost Adventures do live, interactive, or both, shows for the holiday. AMC has their Fear Fest going on - although some of the movies we've seen on there have been bloody stupid! (Blood of Dracula? May have been scary when it was made, as with The She-Creature, but now? GHASTLY and not in a good way!)
But Halloween is tomorrow and what stinks is, well, after tomorrow night, all the fun stuff is gone and everyone will be worried about Thanksgiving & Christmas. Yay. Halloween is so much fun, but you know, it'll all be over in just 1 day and 3-6 hours depending on your time zone. ;) *sigh* Another Halloween almost gone. :(
Seriously. I am in one of THOSE moods today. It's been dreary and rainy all day. The rain went away for a couple of days, but came right back. Now I'm listening to it rain outside and wondering if it's going to stop before Halloween. In one way, I hope not, because then we get to eat the candy ourselves. ;) We won't turn on our porch light if its raining because we know no one will be out. You just don't Trick or Treat in IOWA if the weather isn't good.
We have a store down the street from us that sells Mopar performance parts - they're supposed to have some big car show on Saturday afternoon, with the show getting over in time for trick or treating. I doubt it will happen if it's raining though. No one will want to take their mechanical babies out into the rain. Might spot up their paint jobs you know?
I do a lot of writing. Whether it be working on one of my stories that I like to write, an article for Associated Content, blogging, or whatever, I do a lot of writing. I spend a decent amount of my time on my blogs, writing about everything from dental discounts to car insurance. I seriously write about anything. I have written about things that I've literally had to look up the subject so I could actually write an article and know what I was talking about.
What interests me is that people like to slam those of us who write for anyone who pays us. They're more than willing to go to HubPages, eHow, and Associated Content, read the articles and use what they've read, but they'll slam the people who actually do the writing of those articles. Utterly amazing.
Do you have a secret? I believe has got a secret and some people can tell their friends about it. Some friends are to be trust but not everyone. I know some friends that betray another because of money.
I know some people will do anything for money. If you have a secret willl you tell anyone about it? I believe that what comes around goes around.
One secret to share with you I can just eat durian for lunch.
I have a friend who spent months getting ready to buy a house, looking at houses, and trying to get all of the required things set up so that her mortgage would be approved. I think the most interesting portion of it was getting all of the home insurance quotes. Especially after we moved into the house and THEN the insurance company she went with decided to actually come VIEW the house and property. You'll love this one...
A week after they showed up (unannounced no less), my friend received a letter in the mail stating that the premiums were going up by $100 per month due to the presence of a "vicious dog" on the premises. We couldn't figure it out. We had one dog each, both small dogs, neither of them vicious or even prone to barking at people. In fact, our dogs were so friendly, we joked they'd help burglars remove what they were stealing! So she asked about it, and sure enough, the company had pictures of this "vicious dog."
It wasn't either of our dogs, and it wasn't even a dog that was on her property. It was on the OTHER side of the back fence in the alley. It WAS a rottweiler, which at least where we lived in Texas, IS considered a vicious dog based on breed alone (nevermind the fact that I've only met one or two mean rottweilers). But because the insurance person saw it "on" my friend's property, they had to raiser her premiums.
So if you're buying a house, make sure you find out BEFORE you go with a home insurance company what their policy on animals is, otherwise, you might end up paying a huge premium for your dog.
I bought this soap not long ago, I have not use it yet. I thought to snap a picture to share with you.
I have not use this brand before as I usually use bottle of bath gel.
Some of my friends told me they like the smell so much.
I like the smell of rose but it is not suitable for me, I mean the soap.
So fast it is Sunday, everyone is getting back to work tomorrow. One of my friends no need to work on Monday as it is off day for them but Sunday they will need to work.
All these ads on TV screaming about how you should buy this brand of product a, and this brand of product b, because that brand is crap - how are you supposed to know what to buy anymore? I realize that the point of advertising is to actually get you to purchase their product instead of a competitor's, but frankly - sometimes it's a bunch of crap.
Take, for instance, the Big Hardee (I'm not sure what they call it in area's where Hardee's is known as Carl's Jr). It is supposed to be a rival for the Big Mac. Well, we tried it the other day, and let me tell you, there was NO comparison. The large-sized combo meal for the Big Hardee left us feeling as though we'd barely gotten anything to eat. When we eat a Big Mac combo we feel like we need to start looking into weight loss options because we feel that full. But yet the ads are saying that the Big Hardee is so much better than the Big Mac. Not in our opinion it wasn't.
So really, how do you know what to buy anymore?
(Disclaimer: I posted the comparison for the Big Hardee & the Big Mac on my own. I am not affiliated with either company and was not paid to make the comparison.)
I guess I am just going to have to face the stark reality. This town has two classes of jobs. The first class is retail/fast food. If you work either of those and manage to get a job in the second class of jobs, if you have to go back to the first class, they will look at you like you've lost your mind and will most likely take forever to hire you. The second class of jobs involve call center work. There are a boatload of call centers in town now, and a good portion of the workforce here works for one of them. It isn't unheard of here to overhear someone saying they've worked for so-and-so, so-and-so, and so-and-so and would never go back to one or all of them. So I am guessing that I am going to have to start applying to these call centers to see if I can get rehired by one of them. It seems to be my only course of action at this time.
